I placed an order for multiple items at the same time and they were delivered at different times, why?

Your orders, even when placed at the same time may be shipped separately. Here at the MooreMiniStore we have many suppliers that provide our merchandise. We search all over the world for the best quality low cost miniatures and pass this savings on to our customers in one online place. 


I had an item in my cart yesterday and today its gone, and now I can’t find it anywhere on your site.

If any items in your cart or on the website become out of stock, back ordered, or discontinued  it will be instantly removed from our inventory. Many items will restock and you can then select the product again. However, we can not guarantee the return of any product. 


I called your phone number and no on answered. 

Our apologies but we do not offer phone support at this time.  The number provided at the top of the site is currently used for vendors and suppliers. Our staff works diligently to improve our website everyday and will be working toward adding the support phone lines in the near future. You can always reach out to Support@mooreministore.com with any questions you may have. If you have emailed the support@mooreministore.com and have not received a reply within 48 hours feel free to leave a message and someone will contact you through Support@mooreministore.com regarding your request but will not return the call. 


How do I search for products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name for more details.


What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within allotted shipping time.

  • The item you received was not as described.

  • The item came damaged 


How do I return my item?

Contact Support@mooreministore.com and someone will contact you regarding the return process for that item/items. Because merchandise is ordered from different suppliers there may be differences in how the return processed is handled. Don’t worry, we do all the leg work to provide easy and precise instructions for a hassle free return.
